My Story
Hi my name is Saadi! I have been in practice for 4 years. I attended Nicholls State University, and I graduated in 2022 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have experience working with multiple populations including adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and couples. Individually, my clients seek a safe space to achieve goals related to substance abuse, depression and anxiety, personality and mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and many other mental health concerns. Each client requires an individual treatment plan catered to their personal goals and life experiences. I utilize different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my therapeutic process.

I emphasize the essence of the therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. In my practice, counseling services are provided by creating a safe space nurtured with trust, respect, and empathy. This allows each individual to feel comfortable exploring their identity and emotions.
