My Story
With over 11 years of experience, I am passionate about helping students, families, and couples achieve lasting growth and success. I was honored to be recognized as the 2023-2024 Louisiana State School Counselor of the Year, and I bring a unique expertise that bridges both the education system and the mental health field.
In addition to my work in education and mental health, I am a Board-Approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, providing mentorship and guidance to new professionals entering the counseling field. I specialize in working with children (ages 4 and up), families, and couples, offering compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy approaches.
My experience spans school counseling, mental health counseling, addiction recovery, family therapy, and working within the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office. Whether you're seeking ways to advocate for your child or navigating personal and family challenges, I offer trusted guidance, practical tools, and a supportive partnership to help you move toward healing and growth.
